Turnaround and Shipping:

Custom order turn around time is 2 to 6 weeks unless otherwise stated. If there is an urgency for your product, please contact me prior to submitting your order so that we can provide a more approximate delivery time.

Shipping times:

Australia: 3-5 business days, please note that delays in delivery due to couriers are out of our control and will not be liable.

Shipping Charges:

Postage is a flat rate of $10 and Free for all orders over $100 AUSTRALIA WIDE. We only use eco packaging bags from Hero packaging or the packaging co.

Any fee charged for shipping in relation with the return of a product is non-refundable. You will be responsible for the shipping costs and risk of damage or loss of the product during shipping to and from Autumn Lane Boutique.

Damaged Items:

Please notify us immediately if you receive any damaged or faulty items so that we can assist you at the earliest convenience.
